海上油气工程自动化建造现状与未来

     

摘要

Offshore oil-gas field development is going from shoal into deep water gradually, and the project building scale for the development facilities is becoming bigger and bigger. So far, the jacket and upper module for the biggest domestic offshore fixed platform are all more than 30 thousand tons, and its water depth is more than 190 meters. Therefore, the application and progress for the automatic construction technology of the offshore oil-gas projects will have a big significance on improving its construction period and quality. This article has a brief introduction on the project practice and the insufficiencies of automatic construction of the offshore fixed platform, and has an outlook of the automatic construction technology in the future.%海上油气田开发逐步从浅水走向深水,开发设施的工程建造规模越来越大。到目前为止,国内最大海上固定式平台的导管架和上部组块重量均已超过3万吨,水深超过了190m,因此,海上油气工程自动化建造技术的应用与进步对其建造工期和质量的提高具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了海上固定式平台自动化建造的工程实践及不足,对未来自动化建造技术进行了展望。
