燃气轮机驱动工艺空气压缩机组控制系统的改造更新

摘要

The gas turbine driving process air compressor unit has been widely used in the large scale ammonia production plant. After number of years of operation, the control system’s electronic components become aged, resulting in frequent shutdown of the gas turbine and compressor. Using third party’s open architecture control system to replace the control system, the original control functions are retained, and the control system becomes easy to operate and maintain. This retrofit sets an example for upgrading the other gas turbine driving compressor control systems in the future.%燃气轮机驱动的工艺空气压缩机组被广泛应用于大型合成氨装置。经过多年的使用，机组控制系统的电子元器件逐渐老化，造成停车故障频发。通过第三方改造的方式对控制系统进行更新，既保留了原有控制功能，又提高了系统的开放程度，便于使用和维护。这种改造方式对燃气轮机驱动压缩机组的控制升级改造有着深远的借鉴意义。
