在油气田开采领域,游梁式抽油机应用广泛,发挥着重要作用。抽油机的平衡度直接影响其耗电量,同时也影响电机的寿命以及其他设备运转的平稳性。因此,在工业现场,需要对抽油机的平衡度进行实时调节,避免出现严重的不平衡现象,以实现高效、节能采油。本文总结了抽油机平衡调节的三种方法,并结合实际工程应用介绍了功率法在抽油机平衡调节过程中的应用。%Pumping unit is used widely recently and plays a very important role in the field of oil and gas exploration. The property of balance degree of pumping unit not only affects the power consumption of pumping unit, but also affects the life time of motor and the operation stability of other equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the balance degree of pumping unit in real time, so as to achieve the goal of oil exploitation with high efficiency and energy-saving. In this paper, By integrating the practice application of the power analysis method, this paper introduces application of power analysis method in balance adjustment as well as summarizing three kinds of the balance adjustment methods.
