烟气监测传输系统的冗余设计

             

摘要

Along with the emphasis on environmental protection, especially the pollutants of power plant emissions, Departments of environmental protection strengthen the monitor for system of remote data transmission in the field,ensuring the system to work continuously, and the discharge of pollutants is not excessive. In order to ensuring the reliable transmission system's operation, and taking into account the operation of power plants in JiangSu KanShan state. This paper uses redundant manner and operates the part of the redundancy of the system. Once work computer troubleshooting failed immediately, redundant computer will handle the problem. If it encounter a computer hardware failure, operating system crash or network failure, and can not recover the situation, the redundant computer will switch to the work of computer and continue to monitor system, exchange data and transmit data. thereby it greatly reducing the risk of system failure.%随着国家对环保的日益重视,尤其是火力发电厂污染物排放的问题,环保部门加强了对现场烟气检测系统的远程数据传输监控,确保系统正常连续运行,污染物排放不超标.为了保证烟气监测传输系统的稳定可靠运行,考虑到江苏阚山发电厂的运行状况,该文对系统进行了部分冗余设计,该设计采用热冗余的方式,冗余监控计算机一旦发现工作计算机出现故障立即进行故障处理,如果遇到计算机硬件故障、操作系统崩溃或网络故障等无法恢复的情况,冗余监控计算机马上切换为工作计算机继续进行监控,数据交换及数据传输,从而大大降低了系统失效的风险.
