This article described the system architecture, communication design, SCADA systems function, with Hongjing,Zhongjing oil pipeline SCADA system as example. Using long-distance oil pipeline custody transfer technology, whose automatic control system was SCADA,to achieve the dispatch center to supervisory control the entire pipeline.
