基于多种协议的能源网络管理系统

摘要

Because the manufacturers or models of many energy display meters were not same in a lot of factories, The method based on multiple protocols, one of the servers was proposed in this paper. This method adopted pointed scheme aimed at a variety of instruments including PLC and DCS. The article focuses on the overall structure of the system, the specific application of the OPC, DDE, Modbus protocol in this system,hardware configuration, how to achieve low-cost, and the main functions of this system. And describes its effect for EPR system and its future development direction. This system has been used in Saint-Gobain Xuzhou Site.%针对目前许多企业内能源显示仪表的生产厂家或型号很难统一,更换不便,该文提出了多种协议、单一服务器能源网络管理系统的实现方法.此方法对工业现场各种仪表设备包括PLC、DCS等采取针对性方案.重点介绍了系统的总体结构,OPC、DDE、Modbus协议在系统中的应用,系统硬件配置、低成本实现及系统的主要功能.还简单阐述了系统对于EPR的作用和发展方向.该系统已在圣戈班中国区PAM徐州生产基地成功应用.
