占空比控制在生物发酵温度控制中的应用

         

摘要

Fermentation process was a complex reaction process,need to control during the fermentation temperature, pressure,flow,pH and other parameters,due to temperature object was a long time delay,uncertain time-varying characteristics, the simple single-loop temperature control often results in significant overshoot, resulting in temperature shock back and forth,not only a waste of energy,but also lead to product quality was unstable. To solve this problem, this paper fermentation temperature as the research object,the role of time in hot and cold water pipes to control the duty cycle of the temperature of the fermentation tank. Application results show that the algorithm not only effectively control the fermentation temperature within ±0.3℃, also effectively improve the energy utilization and efficiency.%生物发酵过程是复杂的反应过程,需要控制温度、压力、流量、pH等多个参数,由于温度对象具有大时滞、时变不确定的特性,简单的单回路控制经常导致温度大幅震荡,不仅浪费能源,更导致产品质量不稳定.针对这一问题,文中以发酵罐的温度为研究对象,以冷热水作用的时间占空比来控制发酵罐的温度.工程应用结果表明,该算法不仅有效控制发酵罐的温度误差在±0.3℃范围内,还有效提高能源的利用率与效率.
