高空带电水冲洗装置的安全控制系统研究

摘要

Hot washing on power transmission line devices was a convenient and effective way with high economic benefits for avoiding power grid pollution flashover.Because of no professional high-altitude hot washing device and big hidden danger in this work,a visual security control system was designed,which refers to distance measurement technique,video monitoring technique and automation technique.Experiments affirm that it can not only prevent electric shock and crash risk,improving safety coefficient,but also reduces the labor intensity,increasing work efficiency.%对输电线路设备进行带电水冲洗是防止电网发生污闪事故的方便有效且经济高效的方法.针对国内没有专业的高空带电水冲洗装置、且高空带电水冲洗作业存在很大的安全隐患.该文在伸缩臂式高空车的基础上,集测距技术、视频监控技术和自动控制技术等设计了一套可视化的安全控制系统,防止了高空带电水冲洗作业过程中触电、碰撞的危险,大大提高了安全系数,而且降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率.
