仪表维修工技能培训考核评分系统研发

该文结合职业技术院校工业过程自动化技术专业应具备的工业仪表操作与维护核心技能要求,针对培训学员进行技能培训和考核鉴定而开发研制的仪表维修工技能考核自动评分系统,突出技能考核的实时性、客观性和公平性,激发学员的技能培训学习的热情和主动性,达到培养具有过程控制操作能力和拓展创新型技能人才的目的.该系统既适用于职业院校或教育培训机构的技能培训和考核鉴定,也可适用于工业企业仪表维修工的技能培训和考核鉴定,应用范围比较广泛.该系统在职业院校和培训机构的试用,获得了良好的培训教学效果,具有良好的应用和推广价值.%In this paper,in combination with the industrial process automation technology professional vocational and technical schools should have industrial instrument operation and maintenance of core skills,aiming at training students to identify the skills training and assessment and development of automatic scoring system of instrumentation bunkers skill examination,outstanding skills testing real-time,objectivity and fairness,stimulate the students' skill training learning enthusiasm and initiative,to improve process control the purpose of operating ability and develop innovative skills talents.The system is suitable for vocational colleges or identification of skills training and examination of education training institution,also can be applied to industrial enterprises instrumentation bunkers skill training and examination of appraisal,application range is more extensive.The system in vocational colleges and schools and training institutions,received good training teaching effect,it has good application and popularization value.
