基于LabVIEW的空间压气机电机负载模拟系统

     

摘要

压气机是推进剂空间补加系统的关键组成部分,其运转的动力完全由一台无刷直流电动机提供,故对电机及其驱动控制系统的可靠性考核有着巨大意义.针对空间压气机的工作特点,该文设计开发出一套压气机电机负载模拟系统,提出一种以PXI总线为硬件配置和以图形化编程语言LabVIEW为开发平台的软件架构的方法,实现了对系统的电压、电流、转矩和转速等信号进行高速数据采集、处理,从而得出系统的综合性能.该系统充分发挥了LabVIEW模块化、智能化、快速高效的特点,在航天领域中提高了测试自动化程度,具有良好的科研价值.%The compressor is a key part of the propellant space supplement system,which power of operation is provided by a brushless DC motor.Therefore it is of great significance to the reliability of the motor and its drive control system.According to the working characteristic of space compressor,a load simulator of space compressor motor is designed and developed.A method is put forward on PXI bus hardware configuration and graphical programming language LabVIEW as the development platform of the software architecture.The system realizes high-speed data acquisition and processing of signals such as voltage,current,torque and speed thus the comprehensive performance of the system is obtained.The system makes full use of the characteristics of LabVIEW modularization,intelligence,fast and high effficiency.It improves the degree of test automation in the field of aerospace,and has good scientific research value.
