This article present a new kind of digital isolation amplifier for rudder feedback signal transmission process in the HIL(hardware-in-loop)simulation test.Rudder feedback signal acquisition is an important part which has a direct impact on the test results.But the signal acquisition accuracy is seriously disrupted under the complex test environment.Therefore this article analyzes the causes of interference,discusses the key technology of the amplifier.The design can significantly improve the rudder feedback signal quality and meet the HIL simulation test accuracy requirements.%在半实物仿真试验中,舵反馈信号的采集是一个直接影响试验结果的重要环节和关键因素.但由于试验系统所处的复杂环境会使舵反馈信号受到严重干扰,从而引起数据采集精度下降,因此,该文分析了产生干扰的原因,并设计了一种用于舵反馈信号传输过程中的数字隔离放大器,可显著提高信号采集质量,满足了半实物仿真试验的精度要求.
