机架车桥焊接智能工装设计

摘要

The frame bridge is the key to ensure the safety,so the welding quality of welding joints on the axle is very important.At present,the automation of welding process has been significantly improved,but the location of the workpiece and the process automation of the loading process are relatively low.To improve overall efficiency and quality of work,smart tooling for this set of equipment was used to investigate,and the PLC control system is written to implement,to improve the automation level of welding of the whole frame.%机架车桥是确保安全的关键,因此车桥上焊件的焊接质量显得非常重要.目前焊接过程的自动化程度已经得到显著改善,但是工件的定位和装夹过程自动化程度比较低.为了提高整体效率和工作质量,该文设计了智能机器人化的工装设备,并编写PLC控制系统进行实现,提升了整个机架焊接的自动化水平.
