基于西门子PCS7的多现场总线控制系统通讯

         

摘要

During the construction of the power plant in the process of expansion,there are field instrumentation and master DCS using different communication protocols,resulting in heterogeneous system communication incompatibility problem.In the industrial field,to achieve different field bus protocol standard equipment between the communication is conducive to the production process of data transmission and interaction,can promote the integration of fieldbus instrument and DCS system to promote the development of field bus technology.Hard integration has the advantages of high reliability and good stability.In this paper,the hardware integration between the Modbus network,DeviceNet network and Profibus-DP network is realized by the hardware hard integration method,and the data acquisition and monitoring control between Siemens DCS and Modbus PLC equipment and DeviceNet PLC equipment is completed.To achieve the purpose of multi-field bus control system communication.%电厂在建扩改的过程中,存在现场仪器仪表与主控DCS采用不同的通信协议,导致异构系统通信不兼容问题.在工业现场,实现不同现场总线协议标准设备间的通信,有利于生产过程中数据的传输和交互,能促进现场总线仪表与DCS系统的集成,推动现场总线技术发展.设备硬件集成具有可靠性高,稳定性好的优点.该文采用网关硬集成的方法,实现Modbus网络、DeviceNet网络与Profibus-DP网络之间的数据透明传输,完成西门子DCS与Modbus PLC设备和DeviceNet PLC设备之间数据采集和监视控制.达到多现场总线控制系统通讯的目的.
