特种机电设备安全检测、监测与风险管理研究进展*

摘要

Along with social progress, the special electromechanical equipments are no longer confined to routine safety testing or condition monitoring. This paper focuses on the special electromechanical equipment safety detection, monitoring development status, special mechanical and electrical equipment risk management philosophy and status, as well as management-based monitoring and evaluation system development. The paper points out equipment management awareness of the importance to improve the level of business and technical personnel to increase troubleshooting efforts to ensure safe and reliable operation of special equipment.%随着社会的进步，人们对特种机电设备安全运行提出了更高、更严格的要求，特种设备的安全保障已不再局限于常规的安全检测、状态监测。本文从特种机电设备安全检测、监测发展现状，特种机电设备风险管理理念与现状，以及基于监测的管理和评价体系发展三方面展开研究，并结合“十二五”期间全国特种设备科技工作的重点方向和研究任务，指出健全完善机电设备管理体系和安全的工作机制，提高对设备管理工作重要性的认识，提高技术人员的业务水平和加大隐患排查工作力度，确保特种设备安全可靠运行。
