基于 PLC 的带风源淋雨设备研制

摘要

为提高装备在风吹雨淋环境的适应能力和可靠性，研制一种基于 PLC 的带风源淋雨试验设备，叙述设备主要测控对象温度、风速、流量的具体测量和 PID 控制方法，并列举了设备的控制系统在研制设计过程中遇到的关键技术问题及其解决办法。%To test and improve equipment reliability and adaptability during the wind and rain environmental, author developed a specific environmental equipment based on PLC,the device is designed for measurement and PID control of three major objects of temperature, wind speed and flow. The paper discusses the key technical problems and solutions associated with control system.
