光伏/电动汽车/负荷博弈的屋顶光伏容量优化

         

摘要

In recent years, with the rapid development of the rooftop photovoltaic in China, the capacity credit of photovoltaic power generation is an important index to measure its effect on power system reliability.For the villas with the rooftop photovoltaic power generation system and the electric vehicles, the capacity credit and capacity credibility are calculated.Firstly, with the static cooperative game theory, the relationship between the photovoltaic, the electric vehicles and the residents are analyzed.Taking the expected non-served value power as objective function, the minimum winning coalition algorithm is adopted.Secondly, the photovoltaic installed capacity is optimized by obtaining the highest capacity credibility value.Finally, the validity and feasibility of the proposed capacity optimization method is verified by the example system.The results show that the rooftop photovoltaic capacity credibility can be improved through configuring the rooftop photovoltaic with appropriate capacity, raising the input of electric vehicles and reducing the load peak and valley difference.%近年来中国屋顶光伏发展迅速, 光伏发电置信容量是衡量其对系统可靠性影响的重要指标.以含屋顶光伏发电系统与电动汽车的别墅型小区为研究对象, 计算屋顶光伏的置信容量与容量可信度.首先, 引入静态合作博弈理论对光伏阵列、电动汽车以及居民负荷三者之间的关系进行分析, 将用户用电不足期望值作为目标函数, 并采用最小获胜联盟算法求解.然后, 通过获得的最大光伏容量可信度值, 对屋顶光伏装机容量进行优化.最后, 通过对算例系统进行验证, 证明了所提容量优化方法的有效性和可行性.结果表明, 配置适当容量的屋顶光伏、增大电动汽车的投入以及减小负荷峰谷差, 可以提高屋顶光伏容量可信度.
