西部电力的大开发，既有丰富的常规水火电的优势，又有可再生绿色能源的优势。这些绿色能源不但为扶贫的先驱，也将形成绿色电网，以分散发电的方式支持大电网的发展。文中从小水电、风力、太阳能及绿色电网几个方面进行讨论。%The development of power in the West is not only backed by the potential of rich hydro-thermal power resources, but also by the potential of renewable green power resources. The green power is the vanguard of poverty elimination and will form individual green network to support the development of the grand network in the form of diversified generation. This paper addresses on mini-hydro, wind generation, solar generation and green network.
