含双馈感应发电机及并联型储能系统的孤网运行控制策略

         

摘要

储能系统的接入是实现含分布式电源(如风电、光伏发电)孤网稳定运行的有效方式之一。文中分析了孤网系统稳定运行与能量供求平衡的机理,提出了适用于含双馈感应发电机(DFIG)及并联型储能系统(P-BESS)的孤网的能量平衡关系及分层协调控制策略:系统主控制和本地控制。同时,分析了孤网运行状态及P-BESS的工作原理,提出了适用于孤网运行的系统协调控制策略及P-BESS控制策略,建立了系统仿真模型,开发了含DFIG及P-BESS的孤网供电实验平台。仿真和实验结果表明,在风速变化及不同带载情况下,该系统都能维持公共母线电压和频率在一定范围内,且能高效、稳定运行。%The battery energy storage system(BESS)is a promising solution to maintain the stability of the islanded power system with distributed generators(DG),such as wind power and photovoltaic power.The principle of the stability operation and the energy balance for islanded power systems is analyzed.The energy balance and hierarchical control strategy composing of system control and local control are proposed for the islanded power systems with the doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) and the parallel-connected battery energy storage system(P-BESS).Both the operation state of the system and the operational principle of the P-BESS are introduced,and their control strategies are presented.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the voltage and the frequency of the system can be kept at an expected level and maintain its efficient and stable operation under different dynamic conditions,such as varying wind speeds and loads.
