智能电网运行充裕性的研究框架(一)要素与模型

         

摘要

为大规模可再生能源发电接入电网后的运行充裕性设计了研究框架。讨论了充裕性与稳定性的关系,发电运行充裕性与装机容量充裕性的关系;回顾了发电运行充裕性的研究现状,提炼问题的要素及形式化描述,拓展其研究范畴及思路。强调电力充裕性还需要有一次能源、输电、市场竞争和环境等相关环节充裕性的保障。%This paper proposes a new research framework for operation adequacy of power systems with large-scale integration of intermittent renewable energy generation.The relationship between adequacy and stability of power systems is discussed,as is that between operation adequacy and installed capacity adequacy.The-state-of-the-art of research work on operation adequacy is reviewed,followed by the extraction of important factors and formalization description of the problem,as well as the expansion of the research scope and ideas.It is also emphasized that the power system adequacy should be guaranteed by the adequacy of related external links,such as primary energy,transmission,market competition and environment,etc.
