基于荷-储型微网的需求侧管理系统运行优化

         

摘要

以上海某科技园区微网为例,针对能源网节约用电费用和降低负荷峰值等目标,提出一种包含储能和可调控负荷资源的需求侧管理优化方法。该方法通过优化计算,预先制定储能资源和可平移负荷资源24 h 的运行状态,实现全天负荷的整体削减。考虑到整个优化过程为强非线性混合整数规划问题,求解困难,在粒子群优化算法基础上,提出经济性启发式规则和分解迭代思路相结合的求解策略。算例表明,文中提出的优化策略不仅降低了能源网整体负荷峰值,而且减少了能源网的用电费用。相对集中式算法,所给出的优化算法计算速度快,且结果与集中式算法接近。%A novel demand-side dispatching method is put forward aiming at reducing electric cost and shifting load.According to Shanghai high-tech park”s microgrid,functions of controllable resources in the microgrid operation are analyzed.The demand-side management system uses storage resources and shiftable load resources to shed and optimize whole-day load curve in advance.Considering that the optimization is the nonlinear mixed integer programming,the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is employed to solve the problems.In addition,heuristic rules and iteration algorithm are combined to speed up the calculation and get better conclusion.Example indicates that by using the optimization of demand-side management system,not only the overall load peak is shifted,but also the electricity costs are reduced by the time of use price policy,the speed is more quickly,and the results are close to the conclusion delivered by centralization method.
