基于失电风险最小的机组恢复顺序优化方法

         

摘要

Following a massive outage,it is essential for smooth network reconstruction to identify a safe and effective units”restoration sequence.Based on the definition of unit”s restoring risk and taking the duration into consideration,the concept of risk of electrical energy loss during the network reconfiguration is further proposed.Through integration of crossover particle swarm optimization and Floyd algorithm,the risk of electrical energy loss can be minimized by means of detailed simulation of network reconfiguration.As a result,the optimal units” restoration sequence with higher operational reliability as well as the best technical performance is resolved.In particular,investigation on the effect of the unit”s off-line duration on unit”s starting and reconfiguration progress is made closer to field situation by calling the embedded simulation program of thermal unit”s starting and load picking-up.The outcome of its application on the New England 10-unit 39-bus power system indicates the validity of the method proposed.%大停电发生后,寻找安全、快速而有效的机组恢复顺序是顺利重建网架的基础。文中以网络重构阶段机组投运风险的定义为基础,加入恢复时间对重构过程的影响,进一步提出失电风险的概念。以网架重构过程中的系统失电风险最小为目标,将交叉粒子群优化算法与 Floyd 算法相结合,通过对重构过程的详细模拟,优化求解综合考虑机组恢复效果及运行可靠性的最优机组恢复顺序。通过重构模拟过程对火电机组启动及升负荷仿真程序的内嵌式调用,使得针对机组停机时间对其启动过程及网架重构进程影响的研究更加贴近实际。针对新英格兰10机39节点系统的仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。
