电动汽车无线供电导轨切换模式分析

     

摘要

基于分段导轨模式的电动汽车无线供电导轨快速切换时,系统中的相关状态变量可能会发生急剧变化,过电流、过电压等可能给系统带来极大的安全隐患.针对分段导轨连续硬切换模式下由动态电流引起的切换开关应力大、控制系统体积大及尖峰电压等问题,提出一种基于能量自由振荡模式的电动汽车无线供电导轨切换方法,实现了供电导轨的软切换.通过构造系统的电磁暂态模型,分析了硬切换和软切换模式下电感电压的变化趋势.仿真和实验验证了该方法的有效性.%In the wireless power transmission system for electric vehicle online power supply, when the segmented rail switches fast, the relevant state variables in the system may change drastically and the over-current and over-voltage may bring about great security risks to the system.To solve the problem of large switching stress, large volume of control system and spike voltage caused by dynamic current in the continuous hard switching mode of segmented rail, a switching method of wireless power supply rail based on an energy free oscillation mode is proposed following its realization of soft switching.The trend towards change in the inductor voltage in the hard switching and soft switching mode is analyzed by developing the electromagnetic transient model of the system.The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation and experiment.
