汽车玻璃刮水器电动机的类型与功能实现

摘要

The author introduces the classifications of wiper motor, including those according to magnetic field structure, control mode and motor load torque, analyzes its function implementations, including those in the wiping of high speed, low speed, intermittence and rain sensoring, with the research on the application example of the wiper motor on passenger vehicles. The optimum design of wiper motor system has been tried to realize through the contrast analysis on the match of different motor and different function.%玻璃刮水器是汽车的重要零部件之一,本文介绍刮水器电动机的类型,包括按照磁场结构分类、按照控制方式分类、按照电动机负荷扭矩分类;分析了刮水器各种功能的实现,包括高速刮刷的实现、低速刮刷的实现、间歇刮刷的实现、雨量传感器感应刮刷的实现;研究了刮水电动机在乘用车系统的应用实例。本文力求通过对比分析不同的电动机和不同功能的组合,达到玻璃刮水器电动机系统的最优设计。
