建设基于信息化的环境监测站现代化业务管理体系

摘要

The paper analyzes status, problems and cause of business management among the municipal environmental stations, and proposes the need to establish "one core three subsystems" modem monitoring business management system in monitoring business management mechanism. "One core" means to structure the province unified laboratory information system framework; "three subsystems" means that build on the core foundation "a fine appraisal management platform, emergency monitoring integrated infonnatiun platform, environment quality automatic monitoring and early warning platform". Thus forming a comprehensive coverage, efficient monitoring of the operallon of modem business management system.%分析了地市级环境监测站业务管理现状、问题及造成原因，并提出需要在监测业务管理机制方面建立“一核三辅”的现代化监测业务管理体系。“一核”即搭建全省统一的实验室信息系统框架；“三辅”即在核心基础上构建“精细化的考核管理平台、应急监测综合信息平台、环境质量自动监测预警平台”等3个平台。由此形成覆盖全面、高效运转的现代化监测业务管理体系。
