钢丝绳行业废水产生特性及处理技术探讨——以江苏省南通市为例

         

摘要

着重分析研究了南通市钢丝绳行业产生废水特性,并与常见几类废水作了比较。结果表明,钢丝绳废水性质与电镀废水和酸性矿山废水相似,均具有低pH值、高重金属离子浓度的特点,但组成及浓度差别较大。结合废水特征,以及目前处理方式中存在的问题,提出了新的钢丝绳废水的处理技术。%The study analyzed wire rope industry wastewater characteristics Nantong city, and were compared with the common types of wastewater. The results showed that the rope wastewater nature similar to the plating wastewater and acid mine drainage, that had low pH, the characteristics of the high concentration of heavy metal ions, but the composition and coneentration difference. The main heavy metals were Pb, Zn and Fe, and their concentration were 68.7 rag/L,344 mg/L and 1 556 mg/L respectively. To combined wastewater characteristics, as well as a problem in the processing mode, the paper proposed a new wire rope wastewater treannent technology.
