新疆草原利用与保护现状及对策建议

摘要

Analyzing the present grassland utilization and protection in Xinjiang,this paper proposed suggestions to treat current problems,mainly including the project of herdsmen settlement,the project of artificial grassland construction,the project of pastoral area water conservancy,project of withdrawing graze and returning to grassland,the project of pastoral areas ecological emigration.%通过对新疆目前的草原利用与保护现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出了解决新疆畜牧业发展的思路及实施的牧民定居工程、人工草料地建设工程、牧区水利工程、退牧还草工程和牧民转移等草原建设的五大重点工程。
