单组分聚氨酯在玻璃钢门窗型材拉挤中的应用

摘要

With SPU as the main raw material, extrusion production of SPU profile by adjusting the corresponding formula.The bending strength, the hardness and the elastic modulus of the longitudinal bending were detected under laboratory conditions. The results show that the SPU profile has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, low cost and no need of surface felt.%以单组分聚氨酯为主要原料,通过调整相应配比,拉挤生产出单组分聚氨酯玻璃钢门窗型材.在实验室环境下对其弯曲强度、巴氏硬度、纵向弯曲弹性模量等指标进行检测,结果表明与不饱和聚酯树脂玻璃钢型材相比,单组分聚氨酯玻璃钢型材具有质轻、强度高、耐腐蚀、成本低和不需表面毡等优点.
