基于BIM的大面积深基坑顺逆结合施工土方开挖研究

         

摘要

In the foundation pit construction of relocation settlement housing project of Zhanzhuang village of Dongli district, Tianjin, top-down and bottom-up combined excavation method was adopted with consideration of surrounding environmental characteristics, and local top-down excavation could improve the supporting performance and solve the problems of limited land area. BIM technique which could realize visualized and simulative design and automatic calculation was used for site layout, earthwork calculation, construction simulation and excavation scheme optimization, etc., realizing effective control of construction schedule, quality and safety.%天津市东丽区詹庄村民还迁安置住宅基坑工程中,结合环境特点采取顺逆结合方式,以局部逆作方式加强支撑作用缓解用地紧张问题.利用BIM技术可视化、可模拟的特点及自动算量优势,进行场地布置、土方算量、施工模拟、开挖方案优化等工作,实现了进度、质量和安全控制.
