城市综合管廊建设发展现状

我国的城市综合建设经历了4个发展阶段,目前已进入快速发展阶段,"十三五"期间是管廊建设期,在规划设计、施工、运营管理等方面要解决面临的各种问题,预计在2020年后将进入一个平稳的建设期,各规范标准均将在"十三五"期间编制完成;"十四五"时期应是管廊运营管理的关键时期,政策法规将不断完善.%Domestic urban utility tunnel construction has witnessed four development stages and now comes into the fast development stage. It is tunnel construction stage during the 13th Five-Year period (2016—2020), and the main task is to solve the various problems in planning, design, construction, operation and management of tunnel construction. It will enter a stable construction stage after 2020, so various specifications and standards will be drafted and issued during the 13th Five-Year period; the 14th Five-Year period (2021—2025) will be a key period for operation and management of tunnel, and relative policies, regulations and laws will be further completed.
