冻融作用下纤维混凝土韧性和抗渗性能试验研究

         

摘要

This paper analyzed the properties of fiber reinforced concrete by using three different fiber content. Studies have shown that the incorporation of polypropylene fiber in concrete can effectively improve the concrete toughness, and can effectively avoid concrete cataclastic failure; fiber intake of freezing and thawing after concrete toughness have different effects, polypropylene fiber intake is greater than 30 kg/m3concrete toughness index of freezing and thawing small effect on; of polypropylene fiber concrete in before and after freeze-thaw were than ordinary concrete doped fiber has good impermeability, freezing and thawing of polypropylene fiber mixing amount is greater than 30 kg/m3 of fiber reinforced concrete anti permeability performance does not affect significantly.%通过对3种不同纤维掺量的混凝土试件和普通混凝土试件进行韧性和抗渗性能试验,分析冻融前后纤维混凝土性能指标的变化,结果表明掺入聚丙烯纤维能有效提高混凝土的韧性,并能避免发生碎裂性破坏.聚丙烯纤维掺量大于30 kg/m3的韧性指标受冻融作用影响较小,冻融前后的抗渗能力均比普通混凝土好,冻融作用对聚丙烯纤维掺量大于30 kg/m3的纤维混凝土抗渗性能影响不明显.
