煤矸石型CFG桩承载性能与破坏形态试验研究

         

摘要

This paper takes the nature coal gangue, which from a coal gangue of Yanbian area in jilin province, as the research object, studying and analyzing the stress distribution and failure pattern of piles by stress-strain curves and load-settlement curves of model piles. The main conclusions as follows:following the increase of replacing ratio of gangue, ultimate bearing capacity of model piles is reduce. under the same vertical load, the subsidence range of model piles increases gradually. The damage occurred in the upper 1/3 of the piles, failure pattern of coal gangue CFG piles is similar to the common CFG piles. The ultimate bearing capacity of the CFG piles, which the coal gangue replacement rate is 60%, reached 91.96% the ultimate bearing capacity of the ordinary CFG piles. In term of strain measuring point growth speed, Coal gangue CFG model piles section is faster than ordinary CFG piles.%以吉林省延边地区某煤矿的自燃煤矸石为研究对象,通过模型桩的应力-应变曲线和模型桩的荷载-沉降曲线,研究分析桩体的应力分布情况及破坏形态.研究结果表明:随煤矸石取代率增加,桩极限承载力逐渐降低.在相同竖向荷载下,桩沉降值增加幅度逐渐增加;破坏均发生在桩上部1/3处至桩顶部位置,煤矸石CFG桩与普通CFG桩破坏形态相近.煤矸石取代率为60%的CFG桩极限承载力可达普通CFG桩极限承载力的91.96%;煤矸石CFG桩比普通CFG桩截面的应变测点增长速度略快.
