基于声发射技术的隧道安全控制系统设计

             

摘要

为对岩体破碎加剧过程发出的声波信号进行检测, 采用压电陶瓷传感器采集信号, 并由LM386放大器进行放大, PIC16F873A作为下位机主控MCU进行分析, 并采用APC220-43多通道微功率嵌入式无线数传模块与上位机通信, 同时加装HT6221型红外遥控器, 知悉岩石内部受力状况、变形程度.%In order to detect sound wave signal produced by small cracks in the rock and crushing process, piezoelectric sensors were used to collect signal, which was amplified through LM386 amplifier, and analyzed by PIC16 F873 A as the lower position machine MCU, so as to achieve the internal stress and deformation degree of rock. The APC220-43 multi-channel micro power embedded digital module and the upper machine wireless communication was adopted, together with HT6221 infrared remote control so as to meet the practical use of the tunnel constructing.
