甘肃省电力公司调度通讯楼结构工程施工技术综述

             

摘要

甘肃省电力公司调度通讯楼工程是我国西北三省二区国家电网调度控制中心,国家电网以及甘肃省重点工程.该工程紧邻黄河,地下水位较高且有较强腐蚀性,节点钢筋密集复杂,结构中存在大量斜柱.在结构施工中,针对不同部位以及施工难点,采取了复合土钉墙支护、大直径带肋钢筋连接、钢结构吊装就位、高强度自密实混凝土裂缝控制、虚拟仿真等施工技术,保证了工程顺利竣工,为今后同类工程的施工提供了经验.%The dispatching and communication building of Gansu Electric Power Corporation is the state grid dispatching and control center for three provinces (Shanxi, Gansu and Qinghai) and two regions (Ningxia and Xinjiang) in Northwest China and it is a key project of State Grid and Gansu Province. This project is adjacent to the Yellow River, its groundwater level is relatively high and the water is highly corrosive. Nodes of steel bar are dense and complex, and the structure adopts many oblique columns. During structural construction, different construction techniques, such as compound soil nail wall support, connection by large-diameter ribbed steel bars, hoisting and positioning of steel structure, control of crack on high-strength self-compacting concrete and virtual simulation, etc., are adopted to ensure successful completion, accumulating abundant experiences for similar projects.
