无锡新区金融服务区项目为3层地下室,深基坑支护设计采用“钻孔灌注柱+斜拉锚”的围护方案.系统研究本工程深基坑变形的影响因素,针对深基坑平面布置为矩形的特征,重点进行了长边效应的影响分析,初步提出长边效应的影响模型,并实施增长斜拉锚、留置土墩支撑等有效措施,减小长边效应的影响.对斜拉锚、三轴搅拌桩、基坑监测等方面提出技术与管理控制措施,确保了基坑安全.%The supporting and protection forms, including bored pile and prestressed anchor bar, are adopted to the 3 -layer basement of Financial Services District engineering in Wuxi New District. Influence factors on deep foundation pit deformation have been systematically studied. Focused on the characteristic of this deep foundation pit that is rectangle, long side effects have been analyzed, and its affect models have been initially proposed. Effective measures such as lengthening prestressed anchor bars and temporary setting mound supports have been enforced to fade long side effects. Some technique and management control measures have been applied on prestressed anchor bar construction, triaxial mixed pile construction and pit monitoring to ensure safety.
