门架式模板支撑体系在机场航站楼工程中的应用

         

摘要

西安咸阳国际机场二期扩建工程T3A航站楼工程长约140m,宽约110m.10.000m标高以上钢管混凝土柱形成纵横两个方向为36m柱网的大空间结构.针对工程特点和工期质量要求,在满足安全可靠的前提下,对支撑体系进行优化设计,对主梁、次梁和楼板分别采用不同的支撑体系、不同的支撑方式、不同规格的受力杆件,在梁板下组合形成多跨门架式模板支撑体系.实践表明,门架式模板支撑系统结构合理,能够满足大空间大荷载的施工需要,与常规施工方法相比,大幅减少了架子工程量和材料用量,具有很好的推广应用价值.%T3A terminal building is an extension project in Xianyang International Airport Phase II and it is about 140 m long and 110 m wide. Steel tube concrete columns above 10.000 elevation form a large column net space structure which spreads 36m along both longitudinal and horizontal directions. Formwork design adopts different supporting systems, supporting modes and specifications of bearing bars for main beam, secondary beam and floor slab, and assembles them under the beam slab into a multi-span gantry formwork supporting system. It is proved in practice that gantry formwork supporting structure is reasonable and can satisfy the requirements of large space and high load construction. Compared with traditional construction method, this method can obviously reduce workload and material consumption, having favorable promotion and application values.
