HG超轻保温砌块组合填充墙施工技术研究与应用

         

摘要

HG超轻保温砌块组合填充墙集结构、保温、隔热、隔声和防火于一体,采用机制成型的U形超轻保温砌块反向对孔错缝咬口砌筑,利用上下皮砌块相互贯通的芯孔为模板,内置梯子筋浇筑自密实混凝土,可用于抗震设防烈度为6~8度地区框架结构围护工程,满足不同气候区的保温隔热需要.%HG super-light heat-insulation masonry filled composite wall possesses many characteristics, such as light structure, heat insulation and retardation, sound insulation and fireproofing, etc. Machined U -type super-light heat insulation masonries are built staggerly through reverse hole aligning. The through core holes of masonries between two adjacent layers are used as formwork, in which ladder steel bar is set and self-compaction concrete is grouted. This technique can be used for frame structure enclosure engineering in region where earthquake fortification intensity is 6 to 8 degree and can satisfy heat insulation and retardation in different climatic regions.
