民用建筑节能技术发展趋势探讨

         

摘要

Building energy saving is an important part for implementation of national sustainable development strategy, because it is advantageous to promote development of national economy and effective use of resources, reduce air pollution, alleviate greenhouse effect and ameliorate habitat environment. It is also an important aspect for deepening economic system reform. In consideration of status quo of energy saving and new technology for building energy-saving, several suggestions are proposed for building energy saving on the aspects of solar air-conditioning system, photovoltaic building roof, building cooling, heating and power combined supply system, utilization of wind energy in building, energy-saving product and "capillary network" system for building energy saving, etc.%建筑节能是贯彻国家可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,建筑节能有利于发展国民经济,其中,有效利用资源,降低大气污染,减轻温室效应,改善人居环境,也是深化经济体制改革的一项重要组成部分.结合节能的现状和建筑节能新技术,从太阳能空调系统、光伏建筑屋面、热电冷二联供系统、建筑中风能的利用、节能产品以及建筑节能“毛细管网”系统等方面,提出对建筑节能方面的建议.
