超高层建筑电缆垂直敷设综合施工技术

         

摘要

Vertical cable laying of super high-rise building is an important and difficult work during electromechanical construction. Cable laying determines the electrical construction quality and electrical safety of building. Wire rope dragging method, vertical hoisting cable laying method and damping buffer method can realize one-off splice-free laying of upper horizontal segment, vertical segment and lower horizontal segment of cable, with uniform force on cable. Internal structure of cable is not damaged and cable line risk is reduced to ensure smooth power supply. During practical construction, relevant construction method shall be selected according to different construction conditions, so as to ensure the vertical cable laying quality and guarantee power supply safety.%超高层建筑电缆的垂直敷设是机电施工中的重点和难点.电缆敷设决定着电气施工质量及建筑电气的安全.钢丝绳牵引法、垂吊式电缆敷设法及阻尼缓冲器法均能实现电缆上水平段、垂直段、下水平段一次完成敷设,电缆中间无接头,缆体受力均匀,电缆内部结构不受损伤,减少了线路隐患,保证了施工质量.实际施工时,应根据不同的施工条件选择相应的施工方法,以保证电缆垂直敷设质量,确保供电安全.
