PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable laying fixing tool that eliminates unnecessary wiring work at laying an optical cable, and can lay the optical cable without impairing the appearance of a building, and to provide a cable laying gutter, a cable laying gutter installing tool, and a cable laying method.;SOLUTION: The cable laying fixing tool is formed of a holder 31A that holds the cable and a base 31B for arranging the holder 31A to an eaves gutter 11. The holder 31A is formed into an almost C shape in cross section, and the base 31B is formed at the almost C-shaped rim of the holder 31A. The base 31B is formed into a plate shape, and the base 31B is formed at the almost C-shaped rim of the holder 31A.
