关于历史民居建筑保护的几点思考

摘要

随着古民居的历史文物价值日渐凸显,如何在急功近利的开发过程中更有效的保护是一个迫在眉睫的问题。历史民居通过＂物质特征＂形成其物质骨架,＂软性信息＂内蕴为气质精神。文章分析其特征后提出有效保护的思考：对建筑本体修缮加固;对建筑功能进行适应性置换,营建新生活的容器。既能引入现代化的生活方式,又承载着当地历史延传,最终使得有形的物质形态和无形的历史文脉都得到了延续和发展。%With historical heritage of residential buildings increasingly,effective protection is an urgent problem in the process of development to quick success.Material feature is the skeleton of historical residential buildings,and internal information is the temperament.After analyzing the features,I think about the measure to protect effectively those historical buildings.Technological reinforcement continues the history of old buildings,and functional replacement develops the local people＇s traditional life.
