灾难中的安全家园——从日本东北地区地震谈中小学校防灾设计

摘要

学校不仅应当保证在灾难中少受损失,更应该成为离居住区最近的避难场所。本文通过介绍日本抗震及利用学校避难的经验,分析了中小学作为避难场所的优势和条件,从防灾角度对我国中小学建设提出建议。%Schools should not only ensure less loss in the disaster,but also become the most near residential places of refuge.The article introduces Japanese earthquake proofing construction and the experience of primary and secondary schools,analyzes advantages and conditions of primary and secondary schools as shelter,provide suggestions for our primary and middle school construction from the standpoint of disaster prevention.
