This paper makes brief account of the general conception and main features of new campus planning.It emphasizes respecting the appearance of base,and constructs the culture environment of campus by the design Integrations of planning,landscape and architecture.%本文简要介绍了南京林业大学南方学院淮安校区规划设计的总体构思和主要特点;强调尊重基地特征,通过规划、景观、建筑的一体化设计对校园人文环境进行整体营造。
