软土地基房屋地基处理及基础设计要点

摘要

The soft soil foundation not only in the coastal areas along the Yangtze River,is distributed extensively in inland and a mountainous area,and there also exists,because all kinds of soft soil formation condition is different,structural strength varies,the construction of great harm,inappropriate treatment will cause buildings(structures)large deformation,and even loss of stability.In this paper,combining with engineering design work experience,summed up the common methods of soft soil foundation treatment,and on the basis of building on soft soil foundation design are discussed.%软土地基不但在沿江、沿海地区分布比较广泛,而且在内陆及山区也多有存在,因各类软土成因条件不同,导致结构强度有所差别,其对工程建设具有极大的危害性,处理不当会引起建筑物（构筑物）过大变形或丧失稳定。本文结合工程设计工作中的体会,总结了软土地基处理的常见方法,并对软土地基房屋基础设计要点进行了探讨。
