基于成都市人民南路区域综合整治背景下对“红色年代”城市记忆建筑的保护更新实践

摘要

The ＂Red Age＂building ＂Which as the early modem architecture in Southwest China＂owns the important research value in the development process of modem building in Sichuan Province＂and is an important spatial memory place of urban culture in Cheng Du＂However＂because the building is unrepaired for a long time and is covered large of advertisements＂it has become unrecognizable＂By means of the regionalmanagement in the south people＇s road of Cheng Du＂it is protected and renovated by use ofinew matreials and new processes＂and arouses the city memory of Cheng Du＂so that it becomes a part in the show of the cham urban culture Now in the background of the rapid developmet of the city construction in Ching ＂to protect and continue the value of the city culture＂this article has a trying practioce.%作为西南地区近代优秀建筑，“红色年代”建筑在四川省现代建筑发展历程中有重要的研究价值，是成都城市文化的一个重要记忆场所。然而由于”红色年代“建筑久于修葺和被大面积广告覆盖，已经变得面目全非。通过本次人民南路区域整治，果用新材料、新工艺对其进行保护更新，还原城市记忆，成为成都展示城市文化魅力的一个部分。对当前快速城市建设背景下拘城市文化价值保护及延续，进行一次实践尝试。
