基于行为需求的天津适老性社区室外环境设计策略

摘要

本文以适老性社区的室外空间环境为研究内容，通过调查天津代表社区老年人户外活动行为特点以及空间使用情况，结合老年人心理需求和生理机能等方面特征，总结了老年人在室外环境中的行为需求，并分析了目前社区环境中影响室外空间使用的地方，在空间营造、舒适提升、安全设计三方面对营建适老性社区室外环境提出设计策略。%In this paper, the outdoor space environment of age-appropriate communities is researched. Based on the survey on the behavior of the aged in outdoor activities and their space preferences, combined with the psychological needs and physiological deterioration of the aged, their behavior needs in outdoor environment are summarized. Then, design aspects of existing community environment are examined. Final y, design measures on the outdoor environment of age-appropriate communities are proposed.
