旅游与房地产的融合催生了旅游房地产业的兴起。然而，目前国内学界对于何为旅游房地产在认识上仍然存在一定的偏差。因此，文章结合国内外旅游房地产的发展实践，重点对旅游房地产的基本概念进行界定，并进一步就旅游房地产项目的空间选择及分时度假在旅游房地产中的应用等相关问题进行了初步探讨。%Tourism and integration of real estate has spawned the rise of tourism real estate.
