The real estate development of hot spring tourism is also developing quickly with it, and has gradually become the new growing point of tourism industry. Supported by the environment of hot spring tourism, the real estate of hot spring tourism combines hot spring tourism and real estate development, which promotes the worthy of development of hot spring resource and realizes the maximum of value of hot spring resource. However, the real estate development of hot spring tourism has already exposed negative impact on eco-environment, which has great influence on the development scale of hot spring tourism and the sustainable development of traveling destination. The paper systemically analyzes the development situation and prospect of real estate of hot spring tourism, the market demands, and the negative impact on the surrounding environment, puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of real estate of hot spring tourism and eco-environment in An’ning.
