模块化设计理念在保障性住房景观设计中的可行性探究

摘要

During the 21st century, Chinese residents’ income gap has increased gradualy, which brings various housing price problems .In this situation, the construction of affordable housing, including public housing and other low-income housing has also gradualy increased. Due to the construction cycle, funds, project location and other reasons, traditional residential landscape design mode does not adapt to the new situation. Modular design in architectural design of residential areas has gradualy been recognized. The combination of this new design concept and afordable housing landscape design is going to be the next stage of research.%进入21世纪以来，我国居民收入水平差距逐渐增大，住宅价格带来的各种问题也不断凸显。在此形势下，廉租房、公租房等保障性住房的建设力度也逐步加大。由于建设周期、资金、项目区位等原因，传统居住区景观的设计模式并不能很好适应新形势。模块化设计理念在现代居住区建筑设计中已经逐渐得到认可，如何将这一新兴理念与保障性住房的外环境设计相结合是将是下一阶段的研究热点。
