公众参与在京西矿区村落景观更新中的探索性研究—— 以北京市房山区南窖乡为例

房山区与门头沟区作为京西矿区的主要部分正面临经济结构调整与产业结构转型的问题,村落景观更新迫在眉睫.选取南窖乡作为典型研究对象,从经济、社会、环境与文化四个方面深入剖析其现有问题,以村民信心重构为切入点,引入公众参与风景园林设计策略,调动当地村民的积极性,鼓励其参与到规划设计的目标设定、前期讨论、方案选择、实际建设、经营管理等各个环节之中,探索京西矿区村庄转型的健康发展之路.%As an integral part of Beijing western mines, Fangshan District and Mentougou District are facing economic and industrial restructuring problems. It is urgent to renew the vilage landscape. Take Nanjiao vilage as a typical object of study, analyze its economic, social, environmental and cultural problems. In order to reconstruct the confidence of the vilagers, take advantage of public participation strategy to mobilize the enthusiasm of the local vilagers and encourage them participating in al aspects of planning and design such as goal setting, preliminary discussion, selection of proposals, actual construction, management and maintenance. It is an exploratory research of the approach to healthy development in the renaissance of vilages in Beijing western mines.
