工业街区历史建筑调研与改造更新探索——以洛阳涧西区长春路37号街坊为例

In this paper, we made the entire Changchun road historic district as the research object and studied the current situation of traffic, economy and environment of the whole blocks of buildings in Luoyang, 37 Jiangxi Changchun road housing block, for example. We are also looking for a meaningful reform design of the urban renewal problems in industry heritage housing blocks.%本文以洛阳涧西工业区东段长春路历史街区37号街坊为典型实例,将整个长春路历史街区作为调研对象,整体深入考察街区的建筑、交通、经济、环境的现状,从而寻求具有实际意义的改造设计操作措施,并对该地段进行了改造利用探索,为工业遗产街区的保护提供新的思路.
